Full Introduction
Social inequalities still plague Americans, and there is no better place to look for such inequalities than in our school system and in the workplace. However, the two are intimately related in that inequality in the education system leads to systematic inequality in the workplace. Because not everyone has the same opportunity to equal education in America today, it means that not everyone will be given a fair chance to achieve economic prosperity in workplace.
