Full Introduction
In the movie, "Radio" is a young man in his twenties who lives in Anderson, South Carolina with his mother. He is the only child. Radio has mental retardation, which affects him in two major ways: he has a limited concept of danger that can jeopardize his safety, and he lacks social skills for his age.
